EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement is a Contract between You, an individual or legal person lawfully possessing a copy of the program "DigitGraph"(hereinafter referred to as PO), and Gorshkov, Alexey Jurevich (further - the owner).

Gorshkov Alexey informs You that he has the exclusive right to the software, including documentation in printed and/or electronic form.

By installing and using the software, You acknowledge acceptance of the terms of this agreement. If You do not agree with the terms of this agreement, You should exit the program to abort the installation.

Commercial (or academic) use this version of the software product is carried out on the basis of the conclusion of the contract, which requires activation of the program. You may use this software in accordance with its purpose to solve various practical problems in their own interests.

You have the right to try for one month without activation. The use of the software after the trial period of one month without the consent of the copyright holder is a violation of international copyright law.

You have the right to create backup copies of the distribution of this software on any media.

It is forbidden to transfer to third parties, or the individual parts and related documentation in printed and/or electronic form, without the consent of the copyright holder.

The software is supplied "as is" without any warranty of the rightholder. The rightholder and/or its partners are not responsible for any damages associated with the use of or inability to use the software.

It is prohibited to decompile and/or modification.

For copyright infringement on the infringer bears civil, administrative or criminal responsibility in accordance with international law and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
